What should I do when I arrive?
Upon arrival, proceed to the wash bay line or follow the attendant's directions. Then, select a wash with an attendant, leave your key with the vehicle, unlock all doors, and ensure windows and sunroof are closed. Then, turn off automatic wipers and secure or remove valuables. Please inform the attendant if your trunk needs vacuuming.
Will you vacuum my trunk?
We do vacuum trunks, but as it's a secured area, please inform the service advisor during check-in. They'll ask you to open your trunk, and we'll ensure it's vacuumed. Please note that there's an additional charge for cleaning trunks, hatches, or boots.
Will my bug shield or aftermarket additions be safe?
We can't guarantee the safety of aftermarket plastic accessories on your vehicle. While most bug shields withstand washing without issues, problems may occur if the shield has pre-existing damage from rock chips or stress cracks around the installation screws, which can be very hard to detect. In general, low-quality plastic does not fare as well. If you're looking for a new bug screen, we recommend options made from Lexan. This includes Lund and Deflecta-Shield. These are virtually indestructible products.
Is the wash safe for newly painted cars?
Our wash is generally safe for newly painted cars as we use gentle cloth materials and mild cleaners. However, it's crucial to allow the paint to fully cure before washing. We recommend consulting your body shop for specific curing times, though paint on new cars is typically cured before delivery. Will a cracked windshield be safe in the wash?
A cracked windshield may not always be safe during washing. Even small chips can compromise the glass's integrity, making it more susceptible to temperature changes. While you can wash a vehicle with windshield damage, there's a risk of cracks or chips expanding. It's advisable to repair or replace a damaged windshield promptly. Is your car wash safe for convertibles or soft-top vehicles?
Our car wash is safe for convertibles and soft-top vehicles. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from pre-existing rips, tears, or improper sealing on the vehicle. Are your products and chemicals safe for my car's finish?
Our car wash uses high-quality chemicals with varied pH solutions. These products are designed to effectively clean your vehicle while ensuring the safety of your car's finish.
